Every field is a decision

A page with mood, weather, water, gratitude, priorities, schedule, notes and a quote asks eight questions before you have written anything real. By Thursday, most of them are empty and the page starts to feel like a report card.

Blank space is a feature

White space is not wasted space. It gives you room to write larger, to add a diagram, to expand an entry on a heavy day. A densely designed page cannot flex, and real weeks always need flex.

Restraint keeps attention on the writing

Strong colours, thick borders and decorative elements compete with the content. A restrained palette with one accent keeps the eye on what you have actually written, which is the part that matters.

Start minimal, add later

It is far easier to add a habit row once you miss it than to ignore six rows you never use. Begin with the smallest page that works and let the planner grow around your real habits.
