We want the site and our planners to be usable by as many people as possible. This page describes where we are, and how to report a barrier. Contact: contact@goodnotesplan.com.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML headings, lists, tables and landmarks so screen readers can navigate pages.
  • Text alternatives on product and article images.
  • Keyboard-reachable menus, links and form controls, with a visible focus outline and a "skip to content" link.
  • Colour combinations chosen for readability, with body text at a comfortable contrast.
  • Layouts that reflow for narrow screens and text that can be zoomed without loss of function.
  • Form fields with visible labels rather than placeholder-only hints.

About the planners themselves

  • Pages are laid out for A4 and remain legible at high zoom in PDF apps.
  • The same file can be enlarged on screen or printed at a larger scale for easier handwriting.
  • Printing in greyscale is supported, so pages do not rely on colour alone to convey structure.
  • If you need a higher-contrast or larger-type variant of a planner, email us — reasonable custom requests are welcome.

Known limitations

  • Some third-party interfaces we use at checkout (Stripe and PayPal) are outside our control, though both publish their own accessibility commitments.
  • Article bodies written in the admin panel are checked for heading order and alt text, but we do not currently run automated audits on every page.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on this site or in a planner is difficult to use, email contact@goodnotesplan.com with the page or file, the device and assistive technology you were using, and what went wrong. We aim to respond within five working days and to fix genuine barriers where we can.
