We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we ask the same in return. This page explains how to report infringement of your work, and how to respond if you believe a notice about your own content is wrong.

Reporting infringement

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email contact@goodnotesplan.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
  3. The exact URL of the material you say is infringing, specific enough for us to find it.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

We review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to the material while we investigate.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken — for example you hold a valid licence, or the work is your own — email us with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice" and include your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Our own material

All planner designs, cover artwork, illustrations, article text and site code on this site are our copyright or used with permission. They are covered by the Digital Product Licence. Copying our designs, reselling our files, or republishing our articles without written permission is not allowed.

Reporting piracy of our products

If you see our planners being shared or sold somewhere they should not be, we would genuinely like to know: email contact@goodnotesplan.com with the link. Reports are confidential and very much appreciated — they help keep our prices where they are.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are suspended or terminated.
