This store is operated by the GoodNotes Plan team ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at contact@goodnotesplan.com for any question about these terms, an order, or a product.
2. Our products
We sell digital goods: undated planner PDF files designed for PDF annotation apps such as GoodNotes and Notability, and for home printing. Products are delivered electronically. We do not sell physical goods and we do not ship anything.
Product descriptions, page counts and colour representations are provided as accurately as we can. Screen colours vary between devices, so the exact shade you see may differ slightly from the file.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
- You must provide an accurate email address: it is how your download links are delivered.
- We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the site, resell our files, or attempt to circumvent payment.
4. Pricing, payment and delivery
- Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe (card) and PayPal. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Digital delivery is immediate. Download links appear on screen after payment and are also emailed to you.
5. Licence and permitted use
Purchasing a product gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. The full detail is in our Digital Product Licence. In short: use it yourself, print it for yourself, and do not resell, share or redistribute the files.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, that policy explains exactly when a refund is available.

Articles, guides and planner copy are provided for general information. They are not professional financial, medical, legal or psychological advice. See our Disclaimer for detail.
8. Intellectual property
All planner designs, cover artwork, text, images and site code are our property or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, resell or republish them. Reports of infringement are handled under our Copyright & DMCA Notice.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we may take it offline for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability, and download links remain available from your account afterwards.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any product or from your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country of residence.
