Everything we sell is digital, so there is no shipping, no postage and no waiting. Here is exactly how delivery works.
Instant delivery
- You complete checkout with Stripe or PayPal.
- As soon as the payment is confirmed, your download links appear on the confirmation page.
- The same links are emailed to the address you used at checkout.
- If you have an account, the files stay listed under My Downloads so you can fetch them again at any time.
Delivery times
- Card payments: immediate in almost all cases.
- PayPal: usually immediate; occasionally a payment stays pending while PayPal reviews it, and delivery begins when it clears.
- Bank processing: the money may take a few days to leave your account, but that does not delay your files.
Download limits and access
Each purchase includes multiple downloads (normally up to 5) so you can install the planner on more than one device, plus a generous access window from the purchase date. Keep the original file saved somewhere safe — it is yours permanently.
If the email does not arrive
- Check your spam, promotions and updates folders.
- Make sure you are looking at the email address you used at checkout.
- Sign in and use My Downloads to retrieve the files directly.
- Still stuck? Email contact@goodnotesplan.com with your order number and we will send the links manually.
If a link expires or stops working
Email contact@goodnotesplan.com with your order number. We will re-issue access to a genuinely purchased product at no cost.
No physical shipping
We do not ship any physical items, and no shipping charges are ever added at checkout. If you would like a printed copy, every planner is laid out for A4 and prints well at home or at a local print shop.
Failed payments
If a payment is declined or does not complete, no order is created and no files are issued. Nothing is charged, and you can simply try again — or use the other payment method.
