Terms of Service

1. Products

We sell digital planner PDF files for personal use with apps such as GoodNotes, Notability, and similar software, or for personal printing. Products are delivered by download after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.

2. License (personal use only)

When you purchase a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to:

• Download and use the PDF on your own devices
• Print copies for your personal use
• Import the file into note-taking or annotation apps you use personally

You may not:

• Resell, share, redistribute, or gift the digital files to others
• Upload the files to public or shared libraries
• Modify and rebrand the files for commercial sale
• Claim ownership of the design or templates
• Use the products to build a competing commercial product

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate email information so we can deliver download access and support.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the product page (typically USD). Payment is processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. Orders are confirmed when payment succeeds. Download access is provided on the order success page and in your account (if registered).

5. Downloads

Download links may be limited by number of downloads and/or an expiry period for security. Keep a safe copy of your files after download. If you lose access within a reasonable time after purchase, contact us and we will help when possible.

6. Refunds

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual property

All planner designs, layouts, text, graphics, and branding on the Site remain our property (or our licensors’). Purchase does not transfer copyright—only the personal-use license described above.

8. Disclaimer

Products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that a specific app version will remain compatible forever. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site (including attempting unauthorized access, scraping in an abusive way, or interfering with other users). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
