Refund Policy

1. General rule

All sales are final once the file has been made available for download, except where required by law or in the situations listed below.

2. When we may issue a refund

We may refund or replace a purchase if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment)
• The download file is corrupted or missing and we cannot provide a working copy within a reasonable time
• You were charged but never received access to the download due to a technical error on our side
• Required by applicable consumer law in your country

3. When refunds are not available

• Change of mind after successful download access
• Purchasing the wrong color or category by mistake (contact us quickly—we may help with a one-time exchange where possible)
• Compatibility issues with a specific app version you use (files are standard PDFs; please check app requirements before buying)
• Failure to download before a link expires, if a reasonable number of download attempts were already provided

4. How to request help

Email contact@goodnotesplan.com within 7 days of purchase and include:

• Order number (e.g. PL…)
• Email used at checkout
• Short description of the problem
• Screenshots if relevant (error messages, blank PDF, etc.)

We aim to respond within 1–3 business days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (often 5–10 business days).

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. We are happy to resolve legitimate delivery issues directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
